Where are your coconuts from?

We use Nam Hom coconuts from Thailand.

Why some coconut water is pink?

Colour changes are due to naturally occurring antioxidants, oxidization of the sugars in the coconut, and exposure to lights which will only happen in pure coconut water and doesn't affect the taste.

Do you use fresh fruits?

Yes, we make our fruit toppings/puree at our central kitchen for the consistency of freshness and quality.

What does OG stand for?

OG stands for 'Original' as we are the original and the 1st shop that specialized in coconut drinks and desserts.

Are Coconut Shakes vegan friendly?

Yes, we have a wide range of products that can be customized using vegan-friend ingredients! Please speak to our friendly staff to get your coconut crave veganized.

Do you deliver?

We deliver with Uber Eats, EASI, and Hungry Panda. We may have other delivery partners in the future. Please stay tuned for the updates.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes, we do! Visit and scan the QR codes on our home page or in-stores, register yourself and keep the digital membership card in your Apple Wallet(iSO) or Wallet Passes (Android).

Can I order extra toppings?

Yes, you can request for extra toppings for some products. Additional costs apply.

Can I request to adjust the sugar level of my order?

Our beverages are served with no added sugar as we promote natural and healthier options. However, a self-service sugar syrup station is prepared for customers to adjust the sweetness to their liking.
